Lemne collects the following information to personalize your experience:

• Baby profile: name, date of birth, and photo (optional)
• Baby's health: measurements (weight, height) and pediatric consultation information (diagnoses and medications automatically extracted from the audio recording of the visit, which also captures the pediatrician's speech)
• Activity: sleep logs and developmental milestones
• Approximate location: for weather forecasts and outfit suggestions (optional)
• Authentication: Apple ID via Sign in with Apple
• Preferences: app settings and notifications

We use your data exclusively to:

• Personalization: recommendations, insights, and consultation plans tailored to your baby
• Analytics: understand usage patterns in aggregate
• Synchronization: keep data up to date across devices

We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers. To generate Lu's answers, the consultation action plans, and the insights, snippets of text — such as your baby's age and routine and the consultation transcription — are sent to Google (Gemini API), acting as a data processor, solely to provide the service. No audio is sent, and this data is not used to train AI models.

Your data is stored and synced on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure, also acting as a data processor. We fully comply with the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law).

We implement layered security practices: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure, Keychain for on-device credentials, Sign in with Apple, and App Sandbox for data isolation.

Lemne uses services chosen for their high privacy standards:

• Google Firebase (Google Cloud): authentication, data storage and synchronization, analytics, crash and performance reports, and notifications
• Gemini API (Google): artificial intelligence for answers, consultation summaries, and insights (does not train models with your data)
• Plausible: usage metrics for the lemne.com.br website, without cookies and without collecting personal data

You have control over your data: you can access it, correct it, or request complete deletion at any time. You can request an export of your data from support, which responds within 30 days. You can also withdraw your consent whenever you want.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. We do not run automatic purges for inactivity: your data stays available until you request deletion. Security backups are kept for up to 90 days. After a deletion request, data is removed immediately from our active systems and expires from backups within that 90-day window.

Lemne is intended for parents and legal guardians aged 18 or older. Data about the baby is a child's personal data, and the child is its subject. Under Article 14 of the LGPD, this processing is always carried out in the child's best interest and with the specific consent of at least one parent or legal guardian, formalized through the caregiver's account. We apply reinforced protection to this data and collect only what is necessary for the app to work.

When there are significant changes, you will be notified in the app. The update date is always visible at the top of this page. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
