By downloading, installing, or using Lemne, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Lemne is a parenting memory companion that uses artificial intelligence (Google's Gemini) to keep and organize what happens with your baby. The app records and organizes the pediatric consultation, logs sleep and developmental milestones, keeps photos and moments, suggests outfits based on the weather, and syncs data to the cloud (Google Firebase).

Lemne is free to start: your first consultation, your first two weekly summaries, and your first two development expectations are on us. Logging milestones and sleep is always free and unlimited, and sleep has no paid tier: logging, history, and prediction are for everyone. There is no time-based trial and no card required. For unlimited use, we offer the Premium subscription (monthly or yearly), with automatic renewal until canceled. Billing is processed through your Apple ID account. Unlimited use is subject to reasonable use (fair use) limits for safety and stability, such as a daily cap on consultations.

Cancel anytime through the App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then, and there is no prorated refund of the period already paid.

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request one, contact Apple Support. The review time is set by Apple, not by us.

You agree to use the app only for personal and lawful purposes, providing accurate information and keeping your account secure.

It is prohibited to use Lemne for commercial purposes without authorization, reverse-engineer the code, share offensive content, or attempt to access other users' data.

You are the one recording the consultation. The recording captures the pediatrician's speech and that of anyone else in the room. Telling those people and obtaining their agreement before you start recording is your responsibility, and you commit to doing so. Lemne provides the tool; the consent of whoever appears in the recording is yours to obtain.

The app provides general information, not diagnoses. The accuracy of recommendations depends on the quality of the data entered and may vary between babies and families.

All Lemne content is the property of Lemne or its licensors. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal use. You retain the rights to the content you enter in the app. Data about the child has its own subject, the child herself: you record it and exercise her rights as a parent or legal guardian, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Consultation audio is transcribed locally and discarded right after (or within 7 days if transcription fails). Your data is protected by encryption in transit and at rest.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. A subscription price change is communicated by the App Store before it takes effect, and you can cancel at no cost if you disagree.

We may suspend your account for violating these terms. You may request permanent deletion at any time. Data will be removed according to our retention policy, and active subscriptions will be canceled.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. We always seek an amicable resolution before any legal proceedings. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of your own domicile, as guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. In all other cases, the courts of São Paulo, SP, are elected.

Lemne uses Sign in with Apple and StoreKit. Use of these services is subject to Apple's Terms of Service.

Lemne is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the absence of errors or specific results in your baby's development. We work continuously to maintain quality and availability. Nothing in this section removes the legal warranties the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code grants you.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription. We are not responsible for indirect damages or for decisions made based on the app's recommendations. Always consult qualified health professionals. This cap does not apply where the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code does not allow it, nor to damage caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

We may update these terms periodically. This page is the version in force, and the update date is always visible at the top. A change that affects your rights or the price is communicated before it takes effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
